Welcome to UT Boosting! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://www.utboosting.com/ and the services we provide, including boosting and coaching for EA Sports FC. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Overview of Services

UT Boosting provides the following services for EA Sports FC:

  • Boosting Services:

    • UT Champions Boosting: We help you achieve higher ranks and rewards in the UT Champions mode, including Champions Finals.

    • Division Rivals Boosting: We assist you in climbing divisions in Division Rivals to earn better rewards and reach elite divisions.

  • Coaching Services:

    • Personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions to improve your gameplay, including expert tips, strategies, and skill development for EA Sports FC.

  • All Products Page: A catalog of all available services, including boosting and coaching packages tailored to your needs.

Our services are designed to enhance your gaming experience in EA Sports FC. However, you acknowledge that using our services may be subject to the terms of service of EA Sports, and you are responsible for ensuring compliance with their policies.

2. Eligibility
  • You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions, such as the EU) to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our services.

  • You must have a valid EA Sports FC account to use our boosting or coaching services. We are not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or suspended accounts.

3. Account Access and Security
  • Boosting Services: To provide boosting services, we may require temporary access to your EA Sports FC account. You agree to provide accurate account information (e.g., account ID, platform, login credentials) and grant us permission to access your account solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • Security Measures: We take reasonable steps to protect your account during the boosting process, including using secure connections and not sharing your credentials with third parties. However, you are responsible for enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a strong password to secure your account. Also, its REQUIRED to change your password after we complete the service. UT Boosting is not responsible for anything that happens to your account after the end of the service.

  • Coaching Services: Coaching services do not require account access. We will provide guidance and training through communication methods agreed upon (e.g., Discord, Zoom, or in-game chat).

4. Payment Terms
  • Pricing: All prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order will apply.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the agreed amount for the services.

5. Refund Policy
  • General Policy: We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

    • Boosting Services:

      • If we have not yet started working on your boosting order (e.g., we have not logged into your account or begun the boosting process), you may request a full.

      • Once we have started the boosting process, refunds are not available, as the service is considered partially or fully delivered. However, if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon rank, or rewards due to our error (if you log in by mistake and get a disconect, this does not apply), we will offer a partial refund of the difference between both ranks in cash (via PayPal or Revolut, you would need to pay potential fees), or a coupon for the next purchase with no cost.

    • Coaching Services:

      • Coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled and confirmed. If you cancel a coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice, we may offer a rescheduling option or a partial refund, at our discretion.

      • If a coaching session is not delivered due to our fault (e.g., the coach does not attend), you are eligible for a full refund or a rescheduled session.

    • Non-Delivered Services: If we are unable to complete your order due to issues beyond our control (e.g., your account is banned by EA Sports, or you provide incorrect account information), we are not obligated to provide a refund. You are responsible for ensuring your account is in good standing with EA Sports. That applies if we already logged in.

  • Refund Process: To request a refund, contact us at futnewsboosting@gmail.com or @FUT25Boosting in X within the specified timeframe. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the as soon as possible. 

6. User Responsibilities
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your EA Sports FC account details and payment information.

  • Account Safety: You are responsible for securing your EA Sports FC account, including enabling 2FA and not sharing your credentials with unauthorized parties. We are not liable for any account bans, losses, or damages resulting from your failure to secure your account.

  • Compliance with EA Sports Terms: You acknowledge that using boosting services may violate EA Sports’ terms of service. While we take precautions to minimize risks, you use our services at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, or other actions taken by EA Sports.

  • Conduct During Coaching: For coaching services, you agree to participate in sessions respectfully and follow the coach’s instructions. We reserve the right to terminate coaching sessions without a refund if you engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior.

7. Service Delivery and Limitations
  • Delivery Time: We aim to deliver boosting services within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of your order. However, delivery times may vary due to factors such as server issues, account access problems, or high demand. We will keep you informed of any delays. In the case of express services, we will only refund the express part in case we don't get it done in the delivery time; the delivery time starts as soon as the process is started (when we put you in contact with the player), not when you make the purchase.

  • Service Interruptions: We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including EA Sports server downtime, account bans, or changes to game mechanics.

  • Coaching Outcomes: While our coaching services are designed to improve your gameplay, we cannot guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on your skill level, practice, and commitment.

8. Intellectual Property
  • All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of UT Boosting or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

  • Any strategies, tips, or advice provided during coaching sessions are for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
  • No Warranty: Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from risks (e.g., account bans by EA Sports).

  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, UT Boosting’s total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

  • No Consequential Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of in-game progress, account bans, or lost profits, arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold UT Boosting, its affiliates, and its employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of EA Sports’ terms of service.

11. Termination
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services.

  • You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing use of our website and services. No refunds will be provided for partially completed services unless specified in our Refund Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
